 Hand selected premium quality Italian Aubergines are sliced, marinated and grilled on hot charcoal.  They are then cooled naturally and packed in olive oil, garlic and herbs. Delicious served either hot or cold. Casalinga Aubergines can be eaten on their own, as an accompaniment to meat or fish, in a sauce or as a garnish.  Aubergines, olive oil, vinigar, garlic, herbs and salt.
